The next apply replaces the production database · DevOps Review

Renaming the resource changes its address and nothing tells Terraform it moved, so the plan destroys aws_db_instance.main and creates an empty aws_db_instance.primary. Add a moved block from the old address to the new one, and keep the identifier.
